Sowgandhi Bhattu has been taking lessons with Robert Gallagher for 3 years.

She recently won 1st place in level 4 at the 2011 Great Lakes Competition for her performance of Tarrega "Lagrima".  Then going on to 2011 Nationals at the American Guild of Music, she won 1st place in level 5 for her performance of Fernando Sor Study #5.
